The application process Of Fully Funded Catogery is conducted in three phases.

At the end of each phase where 10 FULLY FUNDED DELEGATES are Shortlisted. The process is inclusive and does not impose limitations based on country, gender, or age.

Delegate Portal Completion

After registration, you receive the delegate portal login details via email. Log in to complete your full profile, upload documents,  and a professional picture. Incomplete portals are not reviewed.

Step 3 ·
Eligibility Check & Shortlisting

Our selection committee reviews completed delegate profiles and shortlists candidates within their respective phases. Early applicants will also be reconsidered in later stages.

Step 4 ·
Selection notification

Selected delegates receive official confirmation via email with category details (Fully Funded / Partially Funded / Other) and next steps.

Applications are reviewed by our expert team based on leadership potential, community involvement and relevance to event themes.

No. Selection is merit-based. However, Phase 1 applications are reviewed in all three phases, which gives them more opportunities to be selected compared to later applications.

No. You submit the application once. If you apply early, your profile automatically moves forward into the next phases until seats are filled or the process ends.
