FIGUREHEAD

Dr. Kamran Ahmed Siddiqui is a globally recognized academic, executive coach, and leadership consultant with over 30 years of experience in academia, corporate training, and organizational development. Currently an Associate Professor of Marketing at Imam Abdul rahman Bin Faisal University in Saudi Arabia, he has previously served in leadership roles at DHA Suffa University, IBA Karachi, and GIFT University.

As a certified Lean Six Sigma Black Belt and ISO lead auditor, Dr. Siddiqui has conducted impactful workshops and training sessions for leading organizations such as Al Ghurair Group, DHL, Ras Al Khaimah Economic Zone (RAKEZ), ADNOC and TenCateGrass, covering areas like Energy Management (ISO 50001), Business Continuity, and Leadership Development. With over 80,000 professionals trained across 25+ countries, he is known for blending strategic insight with practical learning.

Author of motivational books 24 Gold Coins and Talent Digger, Dr. Siddiqui is passionate about creating transformative learning experiences that bring knowledge, happiness, and lasting impact.
