1.2 All participants are expected to follow the guidelines, schedules, and instructions provided by the RiseUp team throughout any program or event.

1.3 RiseUp reserves the right to deny or revoke participation if a participant violates these terms or engages in any behavior that is considered inappropriate or harmful.

2.2 Harassment, discrimination, or any form of abusive behavior will not be tolerated.

2.3 Any damage to property or disruption during RiseUp programs will lead to immediate dismissal without a refund or any further recourse.

3.2 Payment terms, cancellation policies, and refund eligibility vary by program and will be clearly communicated before registration.

3.3 RiseUp is not responsible for any additional expenses, such as travel costs, unless explicitly stated in the program details.

4.2 Participants may use these materials for personal and educational purposes only, and must give proper credit when referencing RiseUp resources.

5.2 If you prefer not to be included in any media content, please notify RiseUp in writing before the program begins.

7.2 Participants are responsible for their own safety, travel arrangements, and personal belongings while taking part in RiseUp activities.

8.1 RiseUp reserves the right to modify or cancel programs, schedules, or events due to unforeseen circumstances.

8.2 Participants will be promptly informed of any changes, and alternative arrangements or refunds (in the form of vouchers/Coupon/Pass) will be offered.

9.1 Any disputes that arise from participation in RiseUp activities should be resolved amicably through open discussion.

9.2 If needed, disputes may be taken to mediation or arbitration, and the arbitrator’s decision will be final and binding.

At RiseUp, we are committed to maintaining a transparent and fair process for all participants. Below are the details of our refund policy for both Fully Funded and Self-Funded applicants:

10.1 Fully Funded Applicants

• The one-time registration fee, which varies by location, is non-refundable.
• This fee covers the administrative costs associated with processing applications and is not eligible for a refund under any circumstances.

10.2 Self-Funded Applicants

• Refunds for participants in the Self-Funded category will take 15 days to process.
• Refunds will not be issued in cash; instead, participants will receive vouchers equivalent to the amount paid.
• These vouchers can be used for future RiseUp conferences or events.
• Requests for refunds must be submitted in writing and include proof of payment.
